- it works in Vista and XPI use with without installing the logitech software. It just shows up as a USB hid. This is perfect for me because I constantly switch between three computers and don't want to use a KVM for the task. This is under XP/Vista/Vista-64/XP-64. On the Linux side, it's sort of a pain because it'll be recognized as a bluetooth device and you'll have to bind the keyboard everytime you switch between Linux and XP. That was my experience using it with FC4/6. YMMV
