Free 32 inch Samsung HD-Ready LCD TV from Starhub

If you live in Singapore, and want to get a free 32" Samsung LCD TV maybe you can consider to sign up with Starhub. I do not have affiliation with Starhub, but one of their customers. On last saturday, I read an ads from Starhub about their latest promotion. But there is no such thing as free lunch. They will give you a free 32" Samsung HD-Ready LCD TV if you are one of their first 1000 customers who sign up or recontract at least three of their services, eg Mobile Line, Maxonline Premium/Ultimate (Broadband internet connection) and SCV (Digital Cable TV), for two years with at least one contract is new. Apart from this LCD TV, they also will give a Smart DVR (Digital Video Recorder) set-top box which able to record TV programs and save into its hard disk. You may check the promotion here.

I am not sure for model name of the LCD TV that they will give, they do not indicate it on their promotion page. But one of the page in Starhub website, there is 32 inch Samsung LCD TV, eg LA-32S71 which can be redeemed by using rewards point. The spec of this TV can be checked in Samsung's official website. Maybe this model is the one that Starhub (and Samsung ?) promoting.
Last year they had similar promotion, and I got a 26 inch Samsung LCD TV. Not bad. At that time I just moved to my new house and I didn't have TV, I just finished my maxonline contract with starhub and I need cable TV connection also. The only subscription that actually not really useful was mobile line, due to I have one already from Singtel. But, luckily this line is used by my wife then after she move to Singapore, so not wasted. So, at that time this promotion worth much for me.

Beside Starhub, another Singapore telecom company also had similar promotion, even better. They give away 32" Sony Bravia LCD TV by just sign up for ADSL internet broadband connection for 28 months.

I do not know what will be the next promotion. Maybe I will wait until all my contracts with Starhub over already, and see what thing they want to give for re-contract all the services or to look forward for the better one.
