Sometime you need to print a transaction receipt when online shopping, or other one time webdisplay (I mean for those page that are not available if just write the address in the bar, or something like that), but what happen is, you do not have any printer :(. But, you can take measure this condition by using pdf writer/converter. Create the web using this converter then you can print the pdf later.

Basically there is a lot of software to create pdf files. Of course, the most famous is Adobe Acrobat. It will cost you hundreds bucks to get it. So why we didn’t try to use the free ones ?

Previously I used pdf995 as my pdf writer / pdf file printer driver. The reason is, it is free and easy. That’s all. But it is not 100 % free. You will get ads once you print your document using pdf995. Previously I ignored this ads but then I feel annoyed.

Then, I used to browse the net, to find other better freeware. Finally I found a good freeware. It’s really free (I think), it has no annoying ads. It also support some security option like password to open or disallow user to print, copy the text abd graphic, put comments, etc. It more than enough for me.

Actually, you do not need to use PrimoPDF if you are using OpenOffice.org for your open suite software. OpenOffice.org provide a tool under File menu to export your document to pdf file.
